Artists, programs, dates, and prices are subject to change without notice. When time allows, program changes will be announced in advance of the performance.

Sales of individual concert tickets, service charges, and gift certificates are final. There are no refunds or cancellations. Single-ticket buyers: in case of an exchange, a fee of $10.00 per ticket will apply. TSO subscribers are not subject to service charges or exchange fees on subscriber priced tickets—this is one of the many benefits of subscribing!

Exchanges must be made 48 hours prior to the concert date that you hold. Please visit TSO.CA/Exchanges for more information, including a list of performances that cannot be exchanged into.

TSO Ticket Policies

How to Purchase Single Tickets

Patrons can purchase tickets for individual concerts at regular prices.

There are two ways to purchase Toronto Symphony Orchestra single tickets: 

  1. Online. Secure Internet transactions are available 24 hours a day. There is a service charge of $8.00 per ticket (including HST) on Internet orders for non-subscribers.
  2. By phone with Patron Services or Roy Thomson Hall. There is a service charge of $8.00 per ticket (including HST) on phone orders for non-subscribers.

Delivery Options

The default ticket delivery option is the TSO Mobile App, with Print at Home, Mail, and Box Office pick-up available as alternative options. 

During your purchase, you may change your delivery method on the Payment Information page by clicking on Update Delivery Information, selecting your desired delivery method, and clicking Save Changes.

Delivery Options

The default ticket delivery option is the My TSO mobile app for all TSO concerts at Roy Thomson Hall and George Weston Recital Hall as of the 2025/26 season. Print at Home*, Mail, and Box Office pick-up remain available as alternative options if you choose them. During your purchase, you can change your delivery method on the Payment Information page by clicking 'Update Delivery Information', selecting your desired delivery method, and then clicking 'Save Changes'.

*Please note that Print at Home is only available for concerts at Roy Thomson Hall and will be discontinued in December 2025.

Mobile Ticket(s)

New! As of the 2025/26 season, My TSO App and Digital Wallet will be available for all TSO concerts at Roy Thomson Hall and George Weston Recital Hall.

Please note: Only ticket orders with the “Mobile App” delivery method may be accessed through the My TSO App or TSO Digital Wallet. To change your delivery method for your order, please contact Patron Services for assistance.

You can purchase and scan your Toronto Symphony Orchestra ticket(s) on smartphones using our My TSO app or on our new Digital Wallet. To learn more, visit TSO.CA/App to review our My TSO app & Digital Wallet Companion Guide.

Accessing your tickets using the My TSO app:

  • On the main screen under "My Tickets," click on the performance for which you wish to view your ticket(s).
  • Your ticket(s) will be available immediately upon purchase or exchange and can be saved to your mobile wallet for easy access. The barcode will appear three hours before your concert date and time.

Accessing your ticket(s) using the Digital wallet:

  1. Visit MyTickets.TSO.CA/Login
  2. Enter your email address and click Next.
  3. Enter your password.
    - If you have forgotten your password, click “Reset Your Password”.
    Or
    - Click “Request An Access Code via Email.”
    - Check your email for the access code.
    - Enter the 6-digit access code to log in.
  4. Click on the performance for which you wish to view your ticket(s).
  5. Your ticket(s) will be available immediately upon purchase or exchange and can be saved to your mobile wallet for easy access. The barcode will appear three hours before your concert date and time.

If you cannot see your event ticket barcode within three hours of your performance, please contact:

  • Patron Services:
    • 416.598.3375, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Roy Thomson Hall Box Office:
    • 416.593.1285, starting three hours before the concert start time for assistance.
  • Meridian Arts Centre Box Office (George Weston Recital Hall):

Print at Home

Please note: Print at Home tickets will be discontinued as of December 2025.

Print at Home Ticket(s)

  1. Your Print at Home ticket(s) will be emailed as a PDF attachment from tickets@TSO.CA shortly after you finalize your purchase.
  2. Please add tickets@tso.ca to your address book to ensure your ticket(s) arrive in your inbox. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder.
  3. If you are still unable to find your email with the Print at Home PDF attachment, you may:
    - Contact Patron Services at 416.598.3375 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM).
    - Or for after-hours support, please contact the Roy Thomson Hall Box Office at 416.593.1285.
  4. Print at Home ticket(s) may be printed or displayed on your smartphone or mobile device. When presenting your Print at Home ticket(s) on a smartphone, ensure your device can display the entire barcode and that the screen brightness is set to High.
  5. Please note: If you have requested a reprint of your Print at Home ticket(s), the barcode is updated for security purposes during each request. You must use the most recent version of the Print at Home ticket(s) for entry.

Mail

Your ticket(s) should arrive no later than one to two weeks before your concert.

If you have not received your ticket(s) by mail, you may:

  • Contact Patron Services at 416.598.3375 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM).

Box Office

Ticket(s) can be picked up at the venue on the day of the performance, starting 3 hours before the concert start time for concerts at Roy Thomson Hall and 2 hours before for concerts at George Weston Recital Hall.

Please note that the ticket(s) will only be released when the credit card holder presents the credit card used to purchase the ticket(s) along with photo ID at the Box Office.

Lost or Misplaced Tickets

If you lose your subscription package or any individual tickets, simply contact the TSO Patron Services Office. Just call us to arrange for replacement tickets—free!

After 5:00pm on the day of the concert you are attending, you may visit the venue box office (Roy Thomson Hall or George Weston Hall) with your photo ID and the credit card used to make the purchase to receive a replacement ticket(s) on the spot.

Weather Policy

The Toronto Symphony Orchestra is committed to honouring its performance schedule. All performances proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions and traffic delays.

If travelling to Roy Thomson Hall or the George Weston Recital Hall in inclement weather, please allow plenty of extra time and check the TTC for delays and updates.

The Toronto Symphony Orchestra regrets that tickets not used due to inclement weather, traffic delays, or TTC closures cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned for a tax receipt.

Prices

All published TSO ticket prices include HST. Tickets for concerts at Roy Thomson Hall also include a Roy Thomson Hall facility fee of $4.50 (plus HST) per ticket for tickets $20 and over (before HST), and $2.00 (plus HST) per ticket for tickets under $20 (before HST). Tickets for concerts at George Weston Recital Hall include a facility fee charge of $4.50 per ticket for tickets $15.01 and over (including HST), and $2.25 per ticket for tickets $15 and under (including HST).

Rush

Rush tickets are discounted tickets for select concerts at Roy Thomson Hall, which are only sold on the day of the concert, and there is a limit of two tickets per person. 

Rush tickets go on sale starting at 10am for matinee performances and 1pm for evening performances.

    • Roy Thomson Hall Box Office:

      • The box office opens three hours prior to the concert start time.
      • Roy Thomson Hall is now a cash-free venue that only accepts debit and credit cards, including major contactless and mobile payment methods.
    • Toronto Symphony Orchestra Patron Services Centre:
      • 145 Wellington St W, 5th Floor
      • Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5 pm.
      • We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We apologize as debit is not available at this time.
