Artists, programs, dates, and prices are subject to change without notice. When time allows, program changes will be announced in advance of the performance.

Sales of individual concert tickets, service charges, and gift certificates are final. There are no refunds or cancellations. Single-ticket buyers: in case of an exchange, a fee of $8.00 per ticket will apply. TSO subscribers are not subject to service charges or exchange fees on subscriber priced tickets—this is one of the many benefits of subscribing!

Exchanges must be made 48 hours prior to the concert date that you hold. Please visit TSO.CA/Exchanges for more information, including a list of performances that cannot be exchanged into.

TSO Ticket Policies

How to Purchase Single Tickets

Patrons can purchase tickets for individual concerts at regular prices.

There are two ways to purchase Toronto Symphony Orchestra single tickets: 

  1. Online. Secure Internet transactions are available 24 hours a day. There is a service charge of $6.00 per ticket (including HST) on Internet orders for non-subscribers.
  2. By phone with Patron Services or Roy Thomson Hall. There is a service charge of $6.00 per ticket (including HST) on phone orders for non-subscribers.

Delivery Options

For the 2023/24 season, the online ticket delivery option will be Print at Home, with Mobile (RTH Only), Mail, and Box Office pick up available as alternative options. During your purchase, you may change your delivery method on the Payment Information page by clicking on Update Delivery Information, selecting your desired delivery method and clicking Save Changes.

Mobile Ticket(s) (For TSO concerts at Roy Thomson Hall only)

You can purchase and scan your Toronto Symphony Orchestra tickets on smartphones and mobile devices. Mobile tickets will be available two weeks prior to each performance during the 2023/24 season.

TSO Subscriber & Single Ticket Patrons

Computer:

  1. Visit TSO.CA and login to your TSO account.
  2. Click on the person icon in the top right corner.
  3. Login to your TSO account
  4. Click on the person icon again and click on My Events
  5. Locate the concert and click on View Tickets.
  6. Your mobile ticket(s) will open in a new browser tab
    1. From here they can be scanned, printed, or saved as a PDF and shared by email.

Mobile Browser:

  1. Visit TSO.CA and login to your TSO account.
  2. In the top right-hand corner, click on the two horizontal lines
  3. Click on the person icon in the top left-hand corner.
  4. Login to your TSO account
  5. In the top right-hand corner, click again on the two horizontal lines
  6. In the top left-hand corner, click on the person icon where it says “AC” or “Account”
  7. Click on My Events
  8. Locate the concert and click on View Tickets.
  9. Your mobile ticket(s) will open in a new browser tab.
    1. From here they can be scanned, printed, or saved as a PDF and shared by email. 

Print at Home Ticket(s) (For TSO concerts at Roy Thomson Hall only)

Your Print at Home tickets will be emailed as a PDF attachment from tickets@TSO.CA shortly after finalizing your purchase.

Please add tickets@tso.ca to your address book to make sure your tickets go to your inbox. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder.

If still not found, please contact Patron Services at 416.598.3375, Monday–Friday, 9:30am–5:00pm. For after-hours support, please contact the Box Office at 416.593.1285.

Print at Home tickets may be printed or displayed on your smartphone or mobile device. When presenting your Print at Home tickets on a smartphone, please make sure your device is able to show the entire barcode, and ensure that the screen brightness on your device is set to High.

Box Office

Tickets can be picked up at the venue on the day of the performance.

Please note that the tickets will only be released when the credit cardholder presents the credit card used to purchase the tickets at the Box Office

Mail

Your tickets will arrive no later than two weeks prior to your first concert.

Lost or Misplaced Tickets

If you lose your subscription package or any individual tickets, simply contact the TSO Patron Services Office. Just call us to arrange for replacement tickets—free!

After 5:00pm on the day of the concert you are attending, you may visit the venue box office (Roy Thomson Hall or George Weston Hall) with your photo ID and the credit card used to make the purchase to receive a replacement ticket(s) on the spot.

Bag Search and Large Bags and Items

Roy Thomson Hall and the TSO are committed to the safety and well-being of all guests and patrons, and aim to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable concert experience. All patrons entering Roy Thomson Hall will be subject to a bag search. This includes all handbags, purses, and backpacks. Please note that large bags that do not fit under your seat will not be permitted at Roy Thomson Hall.

Outside food and beverage items are also prohibited inside our venues. Please be advised that unopened bottles of water are permitted within the hall. Reusable water containers or opened bottles of water must be emptied before entering and may be refilled at no charge from one of the water stations in the hall.

An exception will be made for declared medically necessary items, after proper inspection. Musical instruments are permitted on site and are subject to search upon entry. Have a question? Email Roy Thomson Hall at contactus@mh-rth.com.

Weather Policy

The Toronto Symphony Orchestra is committed to honouring its performance schedule. All performances proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions and traffic delays.

If travelling to Roy Thomson Hall or the George Weston Recital Hall in inclement weather, please allow plenty of extra time and check the TTC for delays and updates.

The Toronto Symphony Orchestra regrets that tickets not used due to inclement weather, traffic delays, or TTC closures cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned for a tax receipt.

Prices

All published TSO ticket prices include HST. Tickets for concerts at Roy Thomson Hall also include a Roy Thomson Hall facility fee of $4.00 per ticket for tickets $20 and over (before HST), and $1.75 per ticket for tickets under $20 (before HST). Tickets for concerts at George Weston Recital Hall also include a facility fee charge of $3 per ticket.

Rush

Rush tickets are discounted tickets for select concerts at Roy Thomson Hall, which are only sold on the day of the concert, and there is a limit of two tickets per person. 

Rush tickets go on sale starting at 10am for matinee performances and 1pm for evening performances.

      • Roy Thomson Hall is now a cash-free venue that only accepts debit and credit cards, including major contactless and mobile payment methods.

      • Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5 pm.
      • We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We apologize as debit is not available at this time.
