The Toronto Symphony Orchestra deeply values the support of our ticket buyers and donors—it is important to us that you have confidence and choice whenever you book a ticket to our concerts. Throughout the 2021/22 season, you will have ticket-change options to use at any time, including placing the value of your tickets on account for future use, donating your tickets for a charitable tax receipt, or receiving a refund.

If public-health recommendations require physical distancing or limits on capacity, we may need to adjust seating for existing ticket buyers. We will find comparable seats and dates to the best of our ability and communicate any changes in a timely manner.

If you, or any member of your party, are in quarantine or isolation, have come in close contact with someone with COVID-19, are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, or have tested positive for COVID-19, do not attend your scheduled performance. If you cannot attend for the above reasons, please contact Patron Services at 416.598.3375, complete your request online, or email us at contactus@TSO.CA.

For information about the TSO's response to COVID-19, including concert status and ticketing options, please visit our 2021/22 Season FAQ.

Artists, programs, dates, prices, pre-or post-concert chats, and broadcasts are subject to change without notice. In the event there is a change to a performance, when time allows, changes will be announced in advance of the performance.
