Beware of Ticket Resellers

The Toronto Symphony Orchestra, The Corporation of Massey Hall & Roy Thomson Hall, and Ticketmaster* are the only official vendors of Toronto Symphony Orchestra and Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra tickets. We do not authorize selling our tickets through third-party vendors, including StubHub or SeatGeek. 

*Tickets for Toronto Symphony Orchestra and Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra concerts at the George Weston Recital Hall in the Meridian Arts Centre (TO Live) are sold through Ticketmaster.

If you purchase from any other vendor, your tickets may not be valid. The Toronto Symphony Orchestra is not responsible for tickets purchased through vendors other than those listed above.

Official Toronto Symphony Orchestra and Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra tickets may only be purchased:

Please note the following warning signs that your tickets may not be valid:

  • Prices posted are higher or lower than those found on TSO.CA
  • Prices posted are in US dollars
  • Rows are listed without seat numbers
  • Individuals or businesses offering tickets on eBay, Kijiji, Craigslist, or other sales sites
  • The ticket you receive does not show your name, the price on the ticket, or shows a price other than what you paid

Protect yourself with steps to ensure you only purchase valid TSO tickets:

  • Only buy from the official ticket sources listed above.
  • If the performance you would like to purchase does not have any available seats on TSO.CA, contact Patron Services at 416-598.3375 or Roy Thomson Hall at 416.593.1285 to discuss your options
  • Don't leave buying tickets to the last minute—you get the best seats at the best price if you buy early
