Gustavo Gimeno In Real Time: New Film by Joel Ivany

The TSO collaborated with award-winning director Joel Ivany and Coffeeshop Creative on a beautiful video spotlighting our Music Director Gustavo Gimeno in his inaugural season. 

Featuring familiar Toronto landmarks including Union Station and Jaume Plensa’s iconic sculpture, “Gustavo Gimeno In Real Time,” is an artful love letter to Toronto from Maestro Gimeno.

“When I think of Toronto, I am always thinking about the musicians,” Gimeno said. “Not only individually but also as a collective. Now more than ever, I am grateful that we are able to meet, to rehearse and perform.”
