The Year of the Dog: A Chinese New Year Celebration

Celebrate the Year of the Dog with the TSO! This amazing event, hosted by “Dashan”, features fun-filled music from both Chinese and Western origins, plus lion dancers and more. You won’t want to miss the festivities!

Young People's Concerts have a runtime of approximately 60 minutes and are performed without intermission.

Join us in the lobby before the concerts for a performance by Xiaoqiu Lin, erhu, followed by lion dancers from the Wushu Project.

The TSO’s Young People’s Concerts are created especially for audience members ages 5–12. While children under the age of 5 are welcome to attend these concerts, with ticket purchase, 5 years is considered an appropriate lower age limit. Children under 5 may attend TSO Young People’s Concertswith ticket purchase, at their parents’ discretion. For more information, please visit our FAQ.
