The TSO launches Live Chat for website users
April 26, 2016
The Toronto Symphony Orchestra (TSO) announces the addition of a new and convenient Live Chat service to its website, as of today. “The TSO’s forward-looking vision occurs both on stage and behind the scenes,” notes David Postill, Vice-President of Marketing. “By providing a more personalized approach for ticket buyers, we keep building meaningful relationships. Our concerts are all about connecting in real time; Live Chat is a natural, fitting tool for people seeking a live music experience.”
The innovative Live Chat service allows patrons to ask questions and receive support online in English, French, Mandarin, and several other languages. Website visitors will be able to interact with a TSO Patron Services representative and enjoy a personal, congenial experience. Live Chat is available at TSO.CA, Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm.
As part of its ongoing digital strategy, the TSO has been exploring new ways to refine customer service by expanding its digital presence. Changes this season include a redesigned website, new email tactics, optimized search, a revamped app, and enhanced digital advertising. So far, these efforts have resulted in considerable gains in online shopping for the organization. With an increasing number of online purchases, digital sales now represent nearly 60% of all TSO transactions.
Innovation continues at the TSO. Don’t miss a beat—visit TSO.CA.
