Yes. When you purchase individual tickets or a subscription online, over the phone, or in person, the default ticket delivery method is the My TSO app, though you can select an alternative delivery method, such as paper tickets or print-at-home tickets. If you wish to change your ticket delivery method after making a purchase, please contact Patron Services, and we will be happy to update it for you.
Can I have both paper tickets and mobile tickets?
Yes. If you forget or misplace your paper tickets, you may log into My TSO and access your mobile tickets.
How do I add tickets to my mobile wallet?
Tickets are viewable two weeks before your performance date. At that time, simply click on the ticket you would like to add to your mobile wallet, click “Add to Wallet,” and follow the prompts on-screen. Please refer to our helpful My TSO Guide if you require further assistance.
I purchased multiple tickets. Can I share with a friend or family member?
Yes. Tickets can be easily shared via the My TSO app with your concert companions. Tickets are viewable two weeks out from your performance date. At that time, simply click on the ticket you want to share, click “Send to Friend”, and follow the prompts on-screen. Please refer to our helpful My TSO Guide if you require further assistance.
Will all of my tickets be available in the app?
All concert tickets at Roy Thomson Hall are available through the My TSO app.
Tickets to concerts at George Weston Recital Hall are available by mail, print-at-home, and pick-up from the Box Office on the performance day.
I am a TSO subscriber. How will I access my coat check vouchers?
Good news! Beginning in the 2024/25 season, the barcode on your ticket will provide entry for your TSO concert and can be scanned to receive your complimentary coat check. This applies to paper, print-at-home, and digital tickets via the My TSO app.
I am a TSO subscriber. How will I access my Subscriber Recognition Card?
Good news! Beginning in the 2024/25 season, your Subscriber Recognition Card is available digitally via the My TSO app. If you select to receive your tickets by mail, you will continue to receive one physical TSO Subscriber Recognition Card with your subscription tickets. Additional physical cards may be picked up from the Patron Services Desk at your first 2024/25 concert.
The TSO Subscriber Recognition Card will be available through the My TSO app starting September 3, 2024.
What if I forget my phone at home, or my battery dies, and I can’t access my tickets through the My TSO app?
We are here for you! Please visit the Box Office with your photo ID; we will gladly assist you. The Box Office is open 3 hours before the concert starts.
If I exchange tickets I saved to my Apple/Android Wallet, will they automatically update?
Tickets saved in your wallet will not automatically update when you exchange or request a reprint of your tickets. We recommend you remove the tickets saved to your wallet and add your new ones.
Why is the TSO introducing a mobile app?
The TSO is introducing the My TSO app to help streamline the ticket delivery process and align with our performing arts peers who have already adopted this technology. This initiative also reflects our commitment to sustainability by reducing our reliance on printed paper tickets.
