George Weston Recital Hall
The Toronto Centre for the Arts became the Meridian Arts Centre as of September 15, 2019.
The TSO performs concerts each season at the George Weston Recital Hall, Meridian Arts Centre (formerly Toronto Centre for the Arts) (5040 Yonge Street, north of Sheppard Avenue). The Meridian Arts Centre is located on the TTC Yonge subway line (North York Centre or Sheppard stops), minutes away from Highway 401 and Yonge Street, with convenient parking lots in the surrounding area.

Hours for information and in-person ticket sales:
Mon-Fri: 1:00–6:00pm
On performance days, the Box Office is open two hours prior to the concert, and closes 30 minutes after the scheduled start time. Please note, the box office is not currently open for in-person sales outside of performance hours.

- Your Print at Home ticket(s) will be emailed as a PDF attachment from tickets@TSO.CA shortly after you finalize your purchase.
- Please add tickets@tso.ca to your address book to ensure your ticket(s) arrive in your inbox. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder.
- If you are still unable to find your email with the Print at Home PDF attachment, you may:
- Contact Patron Services at 416.598.3375 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM).
- Or for after-hours support, please email Patron Services at contactus@tso.ca or visit the Box Office, starting two hours before your concert.
- Print at Home ticket(s) may be printed or displayed on your smartphone or mobile device. When presenting your Print at Home ticket(s) on a smartphone, ensure your device can display the entire barcode and that the screen brightness is set to High.
- Please note: If you have requested a reprint of your Print at Home ticket(s), the barcode is updated for security purposes during each request. You must use the most recent version of the Print at Home ticket(s) for entry.
Mobile Tickets
New! As of the 2025/26 season, My TSO App and Digital Wallet will be available for all TSO concerts at Roy Thomson Hall and George Weston Recital Hall.
Please note: Only ticket orders with the “Mobile App” delivery method may be accessed through the My TSO app or TSO Digital Wallet. To change your delivery method for your order, please contact Patron Services for assistance.

Accessing your ticket(s) using the My TSO app:
- On the main screen under "My Tickets," click on the performance for which you wish to view your ticket(s).
- Your ticket(s) will be available immediately upon purchase or exchange and can be saved to your mobile wallet for easy access. The barcode will appear three hours before your concert date and time.
Accessing your ticket(s) using the Digital wallet:
- Visit MyTickets.TSO.CA
- Enter your email address and click Next.
- Enter your password.
- If you have forgotten your password, click “Reset Your Password”.
Or - Click “Request An Access Code via Email.”
- Check your email for the access code.
- Enter the 6-digit access code to log in.
- If you have forgotten your password, click “Reset Your Password”.
- Click on the performance for which you wish to view your ticket(s).
- Your ticket(s) will be available immediately upon purchase or exchange and can be saved to your mobile wallet for easy access. The barcode will appear three hours before your concert date and time.

Mailed Tickets
Your ticket(s) should arrive no later than one to two weeks before your concert.
If you have not received your ticket(s) by mail, you may:

Box Office
- Ticket(s) can be picked up at the venue on the day of the performance, starting 2 hours before concerts at George Weston Recital Hall.
- Please note that the ticket(s) will only be released when the credit card holder presents the credit card used to purchase the ticket(s) along with photo ID at the Box Office.

By Car
From east or west, take the 401 to Yonge Street. Exit north onto Yonge Street, then turn left onto North York Boulevard.
By Public Transit
Take the TTC subway to North York Centre Station and exit to Yonge Street, west side.
Walk south past Mel Lastman Square to North York Boulevard. Turn right on North York Boulevard toward the theatre entrance.

Parking
Parking Lot Locations
The parking lot in front of the theatre, at 5000 Yonge Street, has direct tunnel access to the front lobby of the theatre. Some other parking lots available to the public are:

- Save time when paying for parking! Add the Imparks mobile app hangTag to your smartphone and pay for parking without waiting in line for the parking lot machines! The app is free to download in the Apple App and Google Play stores.

There are a limited amount of spots available to patrons with Accessible Parking Permits on North York Boulevard, directly beside the theatre.
Parking Machine Instructions
Please visit the parking machines to pay up front. There are two machines on Level 1 (one in the MAC vestibule, and one across the garage in the Beecroft Condos vestibule), and one machine on Level 2.
- Enter your licence plate number.
- Choose the option that best suits your parking duration.
- After selecting your option, you will be prompted to enter a credit card to make payment.
- Please retain your parking slip for after the show, it does not need to go on your dash.

hangTag Parking App
Directions for using hangTag:
- Download the free app from the Google Play and iOS App stores.
- Create your account: provide your email address, password, licence plate number, and credit card details.
- When you arrive on the day of the performance, select the 5000 Yonge St lot location from the interactive map, or a nearby lot to the Meridian Arts Centre. It is possible to initiate a parking session in advance; however, spots at a particular lot cannot be guaranteed.
- Select your vehicle, credit card details, and parking duration, and press the ‘Buy Now’ button at the bottom of the screen. You can extend the parking duration from your phone at any time, but you cannot stop or cancel a session once it is booked.
- The app allows you to manage the number of licence plates and payment methods, and you are able to view your purchase history, and receive receipts and statements.
In-Hall Experience
Doors
The main doors open 1 hour before the concert starts, and the auditorium opens 30 minutes before the concert.
Payment Methods
Meridian Arts Centre strongly encourages using cashless payment methods for any payments made at the venue.
In-hall Beverages
You are encouraged to bring in your bottled water; however, other beverages and food are prohibited inside the auditorium.
Go Scent Free
Please be considerate of those in the audience who may have allergies or multiple chemical sensitivities, and refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or other scented products.
House Program
Your TSO Concert Program will be provided as you enter the auditorium to take your seats.

Late Arrivals
We don't want you to miss a note! To minimize distractions and ensure the best possible experience for all patrons and performers, latecomers and those who leave the auditorium during a concert will be admitted only if there is a suitable break in the performance.
The TSO assumes no responsibility for portions of any concert missed due to lateness (including inclement weather, traffic delays, or TTC service disruptions) and cannot make any adjustment to the ticket price.
Please note that the late call could follow intermission for some performances, depending on the programming.
Photographs & Cell Phones
Audio recording, photography, and videography are prohibited during the performance.
You can use your phone to make calls, text, take photos, and read program notes when the performance is not in progress, but please put it away during the concert. Once the house lights begin to dim, please note that the performance has begun, and photography or recording during the performance is prohibited.
Onsite Assistance
We are here for you! During every performance, TSO staff will be available onsite to provide assistance and guidance.
TSO staff are available pre-concert at both the Box Office and the Patron Services Desk in the lobby across from the George Weston Recital Hall.
You may also speak with an usher if you require assistance at the hall before, during, or after the performance.
