Enjoy a range of activities for all ages in our FREE Open House, celebrating our 2024/25 season. Doors open at 10am and no registration is required for the morning activities.
From Chinese dance performances to chamber performances by members of the Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra, to a music playground and a free concert (tickets required) featuring the world-class musicians of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, both TSO-curious and TSO-familiar alike will discover and preview the upcoming 2024/25 Season with an afternoon of musical experiences for all ages.

Illustrate a character from the beloved orchestral story Peter & the Wolf for a chance to be featured in the concert, sculpt a piano out of model magic, colour a TSO-themed colouring page and more.
Compose Your Own Music Station
Itching to try your hand at composition? Come create your own musical masterpiece and have a TSO or TSYO musician perform it for you live.
Video Station
Experience the TSO outside the concert hall as you dive into our video catalogue. Learn about the TSYO’s first exchange with the Cleveland Orchestra Youth Orchestra, relive our tour to Ottawa and Montreal, and more!
Photo Booth
Capture your memories of the day at our interactive photo booth.
Food & Drink
Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the Roy Thomson Hall bar. Guests who bring their own food can enjoy it in David Pecaut Square on the west side of Roy Thomson Hall.
Free Concert Tickets are available online through TSO.CA/OpenHouse. Guests are asked to RSVP beginning on September 10 to reserve seats. RSVP online or by contacting TSO Patron Services at 416.598.3375, Mon-Fri, 9:30am-5pm.
