Ray Chen Returns

Thu, Feb 18–Sat, Feb 20, 2027 Roy Thomson Hall

Violinist Ray Chen, a favourite of TSO audiences, returns with Sibelius’s sweeping Violin Concerto—icy, bold, and unforgettable. Then, in a week celebrating the 80th birthday of John Adams, one of today’s foremost composers, the orchestra takes on his Harmonielehre—inspired by a vivid dream, its three movements surge from shock and ache to pure exhilaration.

Enhance your concert experience by arriving early for exquisite performances by the TSO Chamber Soloists, thoughtfully curated by Jonathan Crow. There will be a pre-concert performance at 6:15pm included with the price of your ticket to the Thursday, February 18 performance.

Please note: Beginning in the 2026/27 season, Masterworks will be known as Classics.
