Hisaishi Returns

Joe Hisaishi, the legendary composer best known for his epic concert works as well as enchanting film scores, including Kiki’s Delivery Service, Castle in the Sky, and The Boy and the Heron, takes to the podium to conduct two of his own compositions: his brand-new Concerto for Orchestra, co-commissioned by the TSO, and his striking new Viola Saga, performed by the incomparable Antoine Tamestit.
