Hisaishi Returns

Joe Hisaishi makes his triumphant return with the Canadian Première of his brand-new Concerto for Orchestra, co-commissioned by the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. This legendary composer, who is best known for his epic concert works as well as enchanting film scores—including Kiki’s Delivery Service, Castle in the Sky, and The Boy and the Heron—takes to the podium to conduct his own compositions.
