Davis Conducts & Plays Saint-Saëns Organ Symphony
Crowning his tenure as Interim Artistic Director, Sir Andrew Davis leads Saint-Saëns’s awe-inspiring “Organ Symphony” from the pipe organ at Roy Thomson Hall, which will also be heard in the tone poem by Richard Strauss that was immortalized in Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey.
