Ticket Exchanges
The TSO permits ticket exchanges into most concerts up to 48 hours prior to the performance. This service is free to subscribers, and costs $8 per ticket for individual ticket buyers. (Some exceptions apply - click here for details)
Save up to 20%
Purchase a subscription and you can save as much as 20% off regular ticket prices.
Save on Extra Tickets
Subscribers pay only the special subscription price on extra ticket purchases. You can save as much as 10%.
The More You Buy, the More You Save
Buy two or more Evening Masterworks series and you’ll get significant savings with our bulk purchase discount!
No Service Charges
Subscribers pay the series price with no exchange fees and no service charges for additional concert tickets.
Ticket Donation
If you are unable to attend a concert, and do not wish to exchange your tickets, then you may donate your tickets back to the TSO and receive a charitable tax receipt. Tickets may be donated up to 48 hours prior to the concert. Please note that the original tickets must be received prior to June 30, 2013 in order to be eligible for a tax receipt. Sorry, faxed copies not eligible.
No Charge for Lost or Forgotten Tickets
If you lose or misplace your tickets, then call us to arrange for replacement tickets, free!

Get Ahead of the Line – Subscribers First!
Subscribers can add additional tickets to their subscription packages before tickets go on sale to the general public on August 22, 2013.

Street West, First Floor, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- in the Roy Thomson Hall lobby at each TSO performance.

Lost your tickets?
If you lose your entire subscription series tickets, or any
individual tickets, simply contact the TSO Customer Service Centre at
416.598.3375 and we will be happy to help you.
We don’t want you to miss a note!
When coming to a concert, please remember that traffic, parking, and
weather can affect your arrival time at the hall, so leave early to
make sure you’re not late.
