The TSO permits ticket exchanges into most concerts up to 48 hours prior to the performance. This service is free to subscribers, and costs $8 per ticket for individual ticket buyers. (Some exceptions apply - click here for details)

No Service Charges
Subscribers pay the series price with no exchange fees and no service charges for additional concert tickets.
If you are unable to attend a concert, and do not wish to exchange your tickets, then you may donate your tickets back to the TSO and receive a charitable tax receipt. Tickets may be donated up to 48 hours prior to the concert. Please note that the original tickets must be received prior to June 30, 2013 in order to be eligible for a tax receipt. Sorry, faxed copies not eligible.
No Charge for Lost or Forgotten Tickets
If you lose or misplace your tickets, then call us to arrange for replacement tickets, free!

If you lose your entire subscription series tickets, or any
individual tickets, simply contact the TSO Customer Service Centre at
416.598.3375 and we will be happy to help you.
We don’t want you to miss a note!
When coming to a concert, please remember that traffic, parking, and
weather can affect your arrival time at the hall, so leave early to
make sure you’re not late.
