Rules and Regulations
1) No purchase necessary: residents of Ontario eighteen years of age or older are eligible to enter.
2) Winner will attend the Yo-Yo Ma performance with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra that takes place at Roy Thomson Hall on Thursday May 31, 2012.
3) Winner and one (1) guest will meet Yo-Yo Ma backstage after the concert on Thursday May 31, 2012.
4) To enter, sign up for the TSO E-mail Club at tso.ca/lifetime, or by calling TSO Customer Service at (416) 598-3375, by Friday May 25, 11:59pm. Maximum one entry per person. The TSO Customer Service Center is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
5) One winner will be drawn on Monday May 28 and will be notified by email or telephone. The winner can bring one (1) guest with them
6) The chances of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
7) All prizes must be accepted as awarded – no substitutions or transfers of prizes are permitted. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or credit, in whole or in part.
8) Winners agree to the use of their name and/or photograph to be used without compensation for publicity purposes, and to sign an affidavit of compliance on behalf of the TSO and Toronto Star. Winners will also be required to sign a form releasing the TSO, Toronto Star and their promotional partners from any and all liability related to prizes or any use thereof, and confirming compliance with contest rules.
9) All entries become the property of the TSO.
10) The TSO treats your personal information with respect. Your contact information will be used to enter you in the prize draws, process ticket orders and donations, provide customer service, solicit support in ticket sales and development campaigns, inform you about other concerts and events of interest, provide information from TSO sponsors, and perform research. 11) Prizes (All values are approximate and in $CDN) subject to change at the discretion of the TSO). Prize package includes:
• 2 concert tickets for Yo-Yo Ma with the Toronto Symphony (value: $318.00)
• dinner for 2 at Vertical Restaurant (value: $250)*
* alcohol and gratuity not included 12) Employees and residents of their domiciles of the TSO, Toronto Star, their promotional partners, and their agencies and affiliates are not eligible to enter.
13) Contest closes at 11:59pm on Friday May 25: this contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
14) Prizing does not include travel expenses or accommodation.
