Sir Andrew Davis, the TSO's distinguished Conductor Laureate, brings his seasoned artistry to Strauss's multi-faceted symphonic poem portraying the adventures of Don Quixote, the aging, noble Spanish knight. You'll also enjoy Mendelssohn's rollicking overture to Shakespeare's romantic comedy, A Midsummer Night's Dream.
