Please note that due to a family health emergency, creator/composer/host Greg Smith will not be available to join the TSO to lead the "Orchestra Olympics" Young People's Concerts scheduled for Saturday, February 25 at 1:30pm & 3:30pm. We will instead present the wonderfully engaging programme, "Wall-to-Wall Percussion", created by Vern Griffiths and featuring Vern with the TSO. Details are below. We apologize for any inconvenience. We look forward to presenting “Orchestra Olympics” in the TSO's 2013.2014 Season.

Roy Thomson Hall transforms into the home of percussionist Vern Griffiths in this unique and energetic programme. Explore musical possibilities as Vern and the TSO demonstrate the percussion instruments found in every household. Open your ears and use your imagination in the concert that has everything - including the kitchen sink!
