Melody, colour, excitement, emotion - it's all here in abundance with this fabulous all-Tchaikovsky programme. Violinist James Ehnes, acclaimed as "the Jascha Heifetz of our day" by the Globe and Mail, takes centre stage for the dynamic Violin Concerto. Peter Oundjian conducts Symphony No. 2, a joyous work that's liberally spiced with irresistible Ukrainian folk tunes.

The December 10 performance will feature a pre-concert chat in the North Lobby as well as a post-concert party with live music by Paisley Jura.

Casual Concerts are performed without an intermission and are followed by a party in the lobby. Mingle with musicians in a relaxed setting and enjoy live music by local bands.
