
Harry Skura graduated from the University of Toronto as a violinist with a Bachelor of Music in Education in 1970. Studies with Terence Helmer of the Orford Quartet and William Primrose at the University of Indiana on viola led to positions in the Hamilton Philharmonic, the National Ballet Orchestra, and finally the Toronto Symphony Orchestra in 1975. Harry's hobbies include building Manitoba stack-wall garden-sheds and historical-repro bread ovens.
